I started Kodutek because a lot of technology support feels rushed or impersonal. I’ll come to your home, listen to what’s happening, and explain the fix as we go.
You can ask questions, take notes, or have me slow down. If the job needs a repair shop or a different specialist, I’ll tell you.

Who do you help?
Anyone nearby who would rather have a patient person help in person. I often help older adults, families, and people setting up technology for a parent.
Where do you make house calls?
I currently serve North County San Diego. Send me your neighborhood and I’ll let you know if I can come to you.
How much does a visit cost?
A local home visit is $95 for up to 60 minutes, with additional time at $45 per 30 minutes. Phone or video help is $49 for up to 30 minutes. I’ll always confirm the expected cost before we begin.
Do you repair broken hardware?
I focus on setup, troubleshooting, connections, and teaching. If your device needs a repair shop or data-recovery specialist, I’ll say so plainly.
